2. User Obligations

1. Users must register as EG8 members using their true identity and provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information. Users bear legal responsibility for the information provided.

2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account ID and password. EG8 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access or misuse of the account.

3. If a user suspects or discovers account misuse or theft, they must notify EG8 immediately and provide documents to verify their identity and suspend the account. EG8 is not liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

4. EG8 will suspend accounts following user notification and verification consistent with the registration information.

5. EG8 reserves the right to reject account suspension requests if the user cannot verify their identity.

6. Users who forget their password must provide verifiable documents to recover access. EG8 may refuse to change or disclose passwords for unverifiable accounts.

7. Any illegal use of an account or exploitation of system vulnerabilities must be reported to EG8 immediately.

8. Agents are not partners of EG8. EG8 is not responsible for disputes between users and agents.

9. Accounts containing inaccurate personal information will be terminated.

10. EG8 reserves the right to terminate accounts inactive for six (6) consecutive months, or three (3) months after the first login, or if never logged in within one (1) month of registration.

11. EG8 reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice. Decisions by EG8 are final.

12. Once funds are deposited, users cannot request a refund. Withdrawals require completion of the wagering requirements as specified.

3. Registration

Registration is open to individuals aged 18 and above. EG8 may request further age verification if any account is suspected of false declaration.

All registrants must provide their full name, address, and date of birth for verification. Persons under 18 (or under the legal age in their jurisdiction) are prohibited from using EG8 services.

4. EG8 may cancel or terminate user accounts without compensation.

5. EG8 may add, modify, delete, suspend, or terminate any services (including games) at its discretion without prior notice. Users cannot request compensation.

7. Penalties for User Violations

Violations include breaches of the EG8 User Agreement, platform rules, or terms of service. Penalties include:

1. Freezing or terminating accounts, deleting accounts, or blocking access depending on severity. Users are not entitled to compensation.

2. Additional penalties may apply per the rules of individual games.
